What You’ll Do
As a Junior RPA Developer, you’ll support the development and maintenance of automation solutions while learning industry best practices:
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Develop, test, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Power Automate
- Support integrations with applications, APIs, and SharePoint
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of automation processes
- Document workflows, designs, and test cases clearly and accurately
- Assist in deployment activities and post-production support
- Collaborate with senior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
What You Bring
🔧 Core Skills
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop)
- Understanding of RPA concepts (exception handling, reusable components, best practices)
- Familiarity with SDLC or Agile methodologies
⚙️ Nice-to-Have
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#, VB.NET, or VBS)
- Exposure to OCR / Document Understanding tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, or Git
- Interest in AI and intelligent automation technologies
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in RPA, automation, or software development
- Hands-on experience developing UiPath workflows
- UiPath Certification is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
