Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in technical disciplines such as Information Technology / Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Electronics, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and logical problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Good to Have:
- Experience with data analysis or technical project management.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and technical documentation.
- Experience with data analysis or technical project management.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to programming or technical tools like SQL, Python, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Experience in system implementation and integration.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project objectives.
- Perform data analysis and help troubleshoot technical issues.
- Design and implement improvements based on business needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist with system testing and validation to ensure optimal solution delivery.
