Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee / Junior Technical Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with our R&D and Technical teams to support daily operations, assist in new product development, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities:
- Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and project execution
- Assist in new product development, including testing, trials, and process optimization
- Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and product specifications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product and process innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering
- Background or interest in the textile, chemical, mechanical, or materials engineering fields
- Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
