Position: Junior Web Developer (Odoo Solutions)
We are looking for an Junior Odoo Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Odoo platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce and inventory management modules, demonstrating ability to customize and enhance Odoo functionalities to meet business needs.
Location: Iloilo City
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Odoo development with a strong focus on e-commerce and inventory management modules.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript; hands-on experience with Odoo’s ORM, framework, and API.
- E-commerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Odoo’s e-commerce module, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Inventory Management: Extensive experience with Odoo’s inventory management module, including stock control, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Odoo Development: Customize, configure, and extend Odoo modules with a focus on e-commerce and inventory management.
- Module Integration: Develop and integrate Odoo modules with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- System Design: Design and implement Odoo solutions that enhance business processes related to online sales and inventory management.
- Bug Fixes & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Odoo modules; optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom developments, processes, and procedures.
- Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of Odoo systems.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Manage and execute Odoo upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to operations.
