Evaluate and analyze business requirements related to upstream supply chain planning.
Design and architect solution options using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Lead design review sessions and facilitate pilot solution development.
Provide hands-on support in guiding Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
Extend and enhance Kinaxis capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related).
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Strong background in supply chain processes and planning concepts.
Experience in converting business logic into functional and technical designs.
Knowledge of data modeling and advanced analytics concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data center or capital industry planning is an advantage.
Must be amenable to 45 hours per week work schedule.
Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (2x onsite per week).
Must be willing to work onsite in Uptown 2, BGC Taguig when required.
Must be amenable to night shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
