Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze business requirements related to upstream supply chain planning.
  • Design and architect solution options using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Lead design review sessions and facilitate pilot solution development.
  • Provide hands-on support in guiding Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
  • Extend and enhance Kinaxis capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related).
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Strong background in supply chain processes and planning concepts.
  • Experience in converting business logic into functional and technical designs.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and advanced analytics concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data center or capital industry planning is an advantage.
  • Must be amenable to 45 hours per week work schedule.
  • Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (2x onsite per week).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Uptown 2, BGC Taguig when required.
  • Must be amenable to night shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
