The L3 Applications Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role ensures application stability, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or a related role.
✅ Strong expertise in SQL databases, SSMS/SSIS, and data troubleshooting.
✅ Experience with Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) and resolving remote access issues.
✅ Solid understanding of incident management, troubleshooting methodologies, and ITIL practices.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
⭐ Experience with automation, scripting, or cloud-based applications.
⭐ Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
⭐ Previous experience in a client-facing support role.
