We are looking for a L3 Technical BI Support specialist to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of BI applications and API platforms across global business domains. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, data flow analysis, platform monitoring, and supporting business‑critical reporting systems.
Support BI & API platforms (Qlik, SAP BO, Apigee, Splunk, SQL Server, Azure, Databricks).
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolve complex incidents.
Monitor BI schedules, data loads, platform health, and API services.
Trace data issues using advanced SQL across multiple systems.
Document procedures, create L1/L2 guides, and support shift‑left initiatives.
Provide cross‑domain BI support (Finance, Manufacturing, Enterprise BI).
Improve processes, automation, monitoring, and operational reliability.
Strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
Advanced SQL expertise.
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
Familiarity with QlikView/Qlik Sense, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS.
Experience troubleshooting BI systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
ITSM/ticketing system experience.
Fluent in English.
Preferred: ITIL certification, AWS/Elasticsearch/Talend exposure, enterprise BI environment experience.
Modern BI, API, and cloud data tech exposure.
