You will work with legal content and ensure that updates, changes, and repeals are accurately reflected in the system. This role is ideal for candidates with strong editing, proofreading, research, and attention-to-detail skills.
Location: Quezon City or Iloilo
Work Setup: Hybrid – onsite once a month
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Contract: 6 months
Salary: ₱15,000–₱18,000/month
Experience: 1–3 years
Education: Bachelor's degree

Review and edit legal and legislative content for accuracy and consistency.
Work with Statutes, Court Rules, and Administrative Codes.
Proofread content and identify spelling, grammar, formatting, and data errors.
Review and apply required content formatting and tagging.
Verify changes and ensure information is entered correctly.
Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts when clarification is needed.
Complete assigned tasks within production deadlines.
Track work and manage multiple priorities.
Identify recurring errors and help improve content quality and processes.
Learn and use relevant editorial tools and legal content platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Legal background is preferred but not required.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent spelling, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Comfortable conducting online research and working with information from various sources.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willing to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
Legal, legislative, publishing, or editorial experience.
Experience in proofreading or content quality assurance.
Experience with XML, Arbortext, or Adobe.
Experience working with legal databases or online legal information.
