Qualifications:
- Candidate should have at least BPO background - Nice to have but not required
- Preferably good to have Technical skills at least logical and general knowledge in Technical (Basic troubleshooting)
- Good to have Berlitz proficiency level (8 or higher)should be able to read, speak and write. (Both simplified and traditional Chinese)

- The BD Ops team is an organization dedicated to help developers build successful businesses using the Android platform.
- Our team works across various groups within the client to support developers on both business and technical opportunities. More importantly, we help them build great apps and become successful on the platform.
- The BD Ops Consultant role is responsible for driving the adoption of quality-improving products for ecosystem success.
- He/She will work with cross-functional teams for Ecosystem Account Management, Product engagement and Promotional outreach. The Consultant will provide scalable business development management and support for a set of highly important partners to the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- The Consultant will be a point of contact for top partners on the platform. They will engage partners regarding top priorities and opportunities.
- Analyze developer pain points for strategic initiatives implementation
- Provide support for promotional activities as well as new product launches
- Help organize & prioritize new & updated app & game pipelines
- Identify high potential leads derived from internal & external sources of developer attribute data.
- Action new leads and respond to developer onboarding profile responses with canned responses.
- Send onboarding pitches and initial outreaches
Issue resolution
- Provide insights on how to better solve partners issues on a timely manner.
- Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) with partner requests and conduct independent research on technical issues or connect the right team internally to find resolution.
- Spend time reading and understanding our technical documentation to make sure the appropriate and most effective solution is provided to our developers.
- Some experience programming/dealing with technical concepts highly preferred
Tracking of deliverables and Impact
- Tracking basic tags and flagging developers when action is taken on the developer (eg graduated, off boarded, featured, App Reviewed, etc)
- Tracking impact on quality and performance (installs & revenue) and attributing it back to the outreach actions
- Tracking volumes of aforementioned daily and weekly activities
