We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst to join our growing QA team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by designing and executing test cases across various testing types, including API, functional, integration, and regression testing. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior QA professionals to deliver a seamless product experience.
Ensure full compliance with SDLC and CMMI quality standards.
Apply effective testing methodologies (System, Integration, Regression, and API testing).
Design, write, and execute manual test cases using industry best practices.
Create detailed test plans, estimates, and requirement traceability matrices.
Review and validate test cases created by junior QA team members.
Perform functional, regression, and API tests using tools like Postman or similar.
Log clear and accurate defect reports and track resolutions.
Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate on peer reviews and QA documentation with senior analysts.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, requirement-aligned products.
2+ years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA lifecycle.
Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
Ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and summary reports.
Familiarity with requirement traceability and defect management.
Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
