πΌ Weβre Hiring: Microsoft 365 Administrator (L2)
We are looking for a Collaboration Solutions Administrator (L2 Modern Desktop) to join our Infrastructure Shared Services team.
In this role, you will provide Level 2 support and administration for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies while ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise collaboration services used across 600+ global locations.
You will support and administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, and related collaboration technologies while working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support.

βοΈ Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Manage Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance and endpoint management.
- Administer BitLocker encryption and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Provide Level 2 technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Office Scripts, or similar scripting tools.
- Support email systems, SMTP, and DNS-related configurations.
- Assist in Office 365 migration and implementation projects.
- Coordinate change requests and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and service quality.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and user training on Microsoft 365 applications.
π‘ Technical Competencies
- 3β5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- BitLocker
- Experience with PowerShell or Office Scripts.
- Knowledge of:
- Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
- DNS
- SMTP
- Email migration
- Basic understanding of Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in a global support environment.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule with on-call support.
