Microsoft Power Apps

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, automations, and analytics within the TRACK ecosystem.
• Build scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Contribute to sprint deliverables, capstone projects, and production-ready applications.
• Ensure solutions adhere to established engineering standards, governance policies, and ALM practices.
• Integrate applications with relational data sources such as SQL and Dataverse.
• Develop and optimize workflows and process automations using Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and continuously improve solution performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and integration with relational data sources (e.g., SQL, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of Power Fx formulas and low-code application design principles.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft 365 services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be amenable to 45 hours per week work schedule.
• Must be willing to work on a midshift schedule (2:00 PM – 12:00 MN).
• Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (twice a week onsite).
