We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop Developer to lead and contribute to our automation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop, along with experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop.
Independently develop and implement automation solutions.
Participate actively in team discussions, contributing innovative solutions to work-related challenges.
Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Identify and mitigate technical challenges and risks proactively.
✅ Required Skills:
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop.
Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Proven experience in leading and managing software development projects.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
✅ Good to Have Skills:
Experience integrating Power Automate with various business applications.
Hands-on experience in building Power Apps.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop.
Work Setup: Hybrid (8x onsite days per month).
Onsite Location: Robinsons Cybergate 2, Boni, Mandaluyong.
