Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)

Taguig, Philippines (Hybrid)

Act independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power BI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective BI solutions
Design and implement data models and dashboards aligned with business goals
Transform and prepare data using Power Query, DAX, or M Language
Optimize existing BI reports and processes for performance and usability
Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Dynamics 365, GA4, BigQuery)
Stay updated with the latest BI trends and recommend improvements
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development
Strong experience in data modeling, data transformation, and report/dashboard creation
Proficiency in Power BI tools such as Power Query, DAX, and M Language
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Databricks Platform (preferred)
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), GA4, and BigQuery data models (a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
