Provides specialized IT talent and software development across the Asia Pacific region, with major delivery centers in Singapore and the Philippines.
We’re looking for a Mid‑Level BI & API Support Engineer to maintain and support BI applications and API management tools across the EMEA scope.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain BI/API applications (Apigee, Qlik, Splunk, MS SQL, Azure, SAP BO, Databricks)
- Perform SQL analysis and trace data across systems
- Coordinate with Level 3 teams for deep‑dive investigations
- Handle user communication via email, calls, and ticketing tools
- Participate in crisis response for high‑impact issues
- Drive continuous improvement and propose shift‑left solutions
- Maintain and update technical documentation
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with SAP BO, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, APIs, and BI tools
- Knowledge of Apigee, AWS, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS
- Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced technical environment
- Experience using ticketing systems
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
