Position: Nagios Monitoring Analyst

Join our Global Monitoring Team and play a vital role in maintaining system uptime and performance. We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Monitoring Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Nagios setup, configuration, and administration.

Provide 1st-level support for all alerts and monitoring-supported services globally, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous incident management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years in monitoring or infrastructure support (problem tracking & incident management).

• Advantage: Experience with applications, network environments, and customer interaction.

• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Technically adept in SQL Databases, Windows, and Linux OS.

• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting schedules.

• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in PC Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS).

• Strong hands-on experience with Nagios — setup, configuration, alert management, and administration are highly preferred.

• Familiar with tools such as AppDynamics, Elastic, and SolarWinds.

• Capable of generating scheduled reports and documenting monitoring processes.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and system health, investigate alerts, and report findings using monitoring tools.

• Perform initial troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination of incidents per defined procedures.

• Log, tag, and perform first-level fixes for servers, networks, and applications in line with SLAs.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SLA compliance.

• Adhere to company policies and information security standards.
