Position: Network Administrator
We are looking for a Network Administrator to join our growing Technology Services team. In this role, you will manage, secure, and optimize enterprise-level network environments, ensuring seamless connectivity, infrastructure automation, and alignment with security and compliance standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure and 3-5 years as a Network Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco networking devices
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Infoblox IPAM/DNS/DHCP
- Azure Firewall and cloud routing
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (French reading is a plus)

Job Responsibilities:
- Network Operations & Support
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
- Configure and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, QoS)
- Maintain firewall security (Palo Alto, Fortinet) including VPNs, NAT, HA, and threat prevention features
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance across local and remote network segments
- Monitoring & Incident Management
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools such as SolarWinds (NPM, NetFlow), SNMP, and syslog
- Analyze network events, generate alerts, and respond to incidents within SLA timelines
- Conduct root cause analysis, develop post-incident documentation, and recommend preventive solutions
- Automation & Configuration Management
- Script and automate repetitive tasks using Python, Ansible, or PowerShell
- Implement and manage network infrastructure as code using Terraform and version control (Git)
- Cloud & SD-WAN Integration
- Design and support SD-WAN overlays with dynamic path selection
- Integrate on-premises networks with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Manage traffic routing and VPNs to ensure secure, scalable cloud connectivity
- DNS & IP Management
- Administer Infoblox for DNS/DHCP, IPAM, API integrations, and failover configurations
- Maintain DNS records (A, PTR, MX, CNAME) and support DNSSEC best practices
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams (Visio), and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams across geographies
- Share knowledge and assist in mentoring junior engineers as needed
