Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on F5 Load Balancers, DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management), and Cisco ACI environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of production systems.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for network operations and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and operational initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex network, load balancing, and connectivity issues across multiple environments.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, health monitors, SSL offloading, and traffic management policies.
- Administer and support DDI solutions, ensuring reliable DNS, DHCP, and IP address management services.
- Manage and support Cisco ACI fabric, including policy configuration, tenant management, application profiles, endpoint groups (EPGs), and network segmentation.
- Perform root cause analysis for network outages and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.
- Ensure compliance with network security standards, operational procedures, and change management processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience; candidates with 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in the required technologies may also be considered.
- Strong hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers (LTM, traffic management, SSL offloading, health monitoring, and load balancing concepts).
- Hands-on experience with DDI solutions (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management).
- Experience supporting and administering Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting complex network and infrastructure issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, performance analysis, and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of network security principles, firewalls, access control, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience working in an ITIL-based or enterprise operations environment is an advantage.
Shift Schedule: Possibly Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Work Setup: Hybrid
Return-to-Office Requirement: 2x per week onsite. Mandatory every Tuesday at CG2 (or as agreed by leadership) and one additional day at the nearest office location.
