Position: Network Technical Lead
We are looking for an experienced Network Technical Lead to design, operate, and secure client's global network and communication infrastructure. This role sits within SSC Tech Services and IT Security and is critical in ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise network services across the region.
As a technical leader, you will guide a team of network administrators, collaborate with regional and global IT stakeholders, and ensure network services meet business requirements, SLAs, and corporate security standards.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN environments
- MPLS, IPsec, and enterprise network troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols:
- BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, STP
- Experience implementing and managing QoS mechanisms.
- Network security expertise using:
- Palo Alto Networks
- Cisco ASA / PIX
- RADIUS and TACACS
- Hands-on experience with network hardware:
- Cisco (mandatory)
- HP, H3C
- Experience with WAN optimization tools (e.g., Riverbed).
- Solid understanding of VOIP and TOIP solutions.
- CCNP Cisco certification (mandatory).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT networking, with at least 3 years leading projects or teams.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery—from planning, scheduling, and budgeting to risk management and execution.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
