Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or similar role.
- Experience in setting up offices or companies, including legal and administrative aspects.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations specific to the Philippines.
- Familiarity with licenses and permits required for business operations.
- Basic knowledge or interest in technology to support operations, with a willingness to learn tech solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Office & Company Setup: Lead the setup of the office, ensuring it meets local regulations and company goals. Manage office layout, resources, and processes.
- Labor Laws & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, employee benefits, and workplace safety. Stay updated on legal changes.
- Licensing & Permits: Manage the acquisition and renewal of necessary licenses and permits for operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Tech Integration: Work with tech teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance operations.
