Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with a background in ERP systems such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, enhance Oracle ERP functionality, and ensure seamless integration across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement within the Oracle ERP framework.
- Configure Oracle ERP and related systems to meet business requirements and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and migration of data across multiple systems.
- Provide end-user support, resolve system issues, and ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and conduct user training sessions; create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and familiarity with other ERP software (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Experience with SQL, data mapping, and data migration processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in ERP systems or Oracle solutions is a plus.
