We are looking for a Technology Ops Support Practitioner specializing in Oracle Database Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, governance, and service delivery, while supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, optimization, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Database Operations.
Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Take ownership of team decisions and problem-solving initiatives.
Engage with multiple teams to drive key operational decisions.
Provide solutions for challenges within and across teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies for database management.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

✅ Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Database Operations
✅ Strong knowledge of database management principles
✅ Experience in performance tuning and optimization
✅ Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
✅ Understanding of backup and recovery procedures
✅ Certification in AWS Associate level (mandatory)

Additional Information:

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Oracle Database Operations
Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3-4 days per week)
Location: Mandaluyong, Manila
