Position: Oracle EBS Consultant (2 Roles)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle EBS to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle applications across various business functions.

Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant (Purchase Order, Order Management, Inventory)

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS SCM modules (Purchase Order, Order Management, Inventory).
  • Strong knowledge of SCM processes, Oracle EBS configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle EBS SCM certifications are a plus.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EBS Purchase Order module, ensuring seamless integration with Inventory and other supply chain modules.
  • Manage and optimize the Order Management process, from order creation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment, billing, and invoicing.
  • Configure and optimize the Inventory module to manage stock levels, internal transfers, and shipments effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance supply chain processes, reducing operational costs and improving efficiency.
  • Provide functional support to end-users, addressing issues in the SCM modules and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage the application of updates and patches to SCM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop user manuals and provide training to users on Oracle EBS SCM functionalities.

Oracle CX Functional Consultant (Field Service and EBS)

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CX modules, especially Field Service, and integration with Oracle EBS.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, Oracle CX configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle CX or Oracle EBS certifications are a plus.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Field Service modules to optimize service delivery, improve dispatching, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work with business teams to integrate Oracle CX solutions with existing EBS systems, ensuring a smooth flow of customer information, order tracking, and service management.
  • Ensure that Oracle CX modules meet the business requirements for field operations, driving efficiency in service delivery and customer support.
  • Support the configuration and customization of Oracle CX modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Oracle EBS SCM team to ensure seamless integration between Order Management, Inventory, and Field Service modules.
  • Provide functional support for Oracle CX users, helping to resolve issues related to service management and customer interactions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Oracle CX modules and deliver training to end-users.
