Pega Developer

We are seeking a talented Pega Developer to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using the Pega Platform to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Actively participate in team discussions and solution brainstorming.

• Develop and implement robust software solutions using Pega.

• Collaborate closely with team members to design and build applications.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Stay current with industry trends and development best practices.

 Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Pega Platform.

• Strong grasp of software development methodologies.

• Proven experience in Pega application design and implementation.

• Knowledge of database integration and management.

• Solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE).

• Proficiency in jQuery and HTML.

• Experience working with front-end technologies and application frameworks.
