Overview 

We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner / Business Analyst with at least 6 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Marketing Analytics, and Data Engineering environments.

The successful candidate will drive Agile product delivery initiatives, lead business analysis activities, and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve content technology, metadata governance, and marketing workflow processes. This role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable solutions that support enterprise content supply chain operations, digital asset governance, marketing analytics, and cross-channel content distribution.

Candidates with experience supporting content technology and marketing operations within large enterprise environments, preferably in Financial Services or Asset Management organizations, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner and Business Analyst for content technology and MarTech-related initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow designs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, data teams, and technology teams to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure successful Agile delivery of business and technology solutions.
  • Drive process improvements across content creation, metadata management, digital asset governance, publishing workflows, and content distribution processes.
  • Support metadata governance initiatives and ensure data quality across marketing and content platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams on data integration, reporting, analytics, and workflow automation requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize content supply chain operations and marketing workflows.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Analytics platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Monitor product performance, business outcomes, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Proven experience in MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Marketing Analytics, or Content Technology environments.
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
  • Hands-on experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and enterprise content ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations, content workflows, and content supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of content creation, metadata management, asset governance, publishing workflows, rights management, and cross-channel content distribution.
  • Experience working with metadata governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Claravine.
  • Working knowledge of SQLETL processes, and Python.
  • Experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience within Financial ServicesAsset Management, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline.
