Project Manager - Automation Experience

Position: IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in structured project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance? Do you have hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT systems and platforms? WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and automation teams to drive project success.

You will:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software development, automation, RPA, and IT projects from initiation to closure
• Define clear project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, automation engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage Agile ceremonies, project schedules, and delivery milestones
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively
• Track budgets, resources, and ensure efficient utilization
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through validation, testing, and review processes
• Facilitate meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Support system implementation, automation deployment, testing, and project closure activities
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and strong team performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management
• At least 3 years of experience leading project teams
• Experience working directly with software developers, QA teams, automation engineers, and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing software development, system implementation, automation, or RPA projects
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development environments
• Strong understanding of software development and automation project lifecycles
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similar project management tools
