
Job Description & Requirements
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.
- Provide consultancy service to business users in both technical and business domain areas.
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Ensure on time delivery of project with good quality and within budget.
- Effectively apply IT Project Management methodology and enforces project standards.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Minimize exposure and risk on project.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Gather business requirements from the business user(s).
- Review deliverables prepared by 3rd party contractor(s).
- Provide regular project status update to key stakeholders, project sponsor and management.
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in IT-related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified IT Project
- Management (CITPM) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT or POS Project Management role including significant experience in implementation of medium-sized projects within the enterprise.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise technologies, infrastructure and ability to multi-task.
- Experience in supervising and/or managing resources.
- POS related experience will be an added advantage.
- Retail and/or F&B related experience will be a definite plus
- ITIL certified will be a plus point
