Job Description & Requirements

  • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.
  • Provide consultancy service to business users in both technical and business domain areas.
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Ensure on time delivery of project with good quality and within budget.
  • Effectively apply IT Project Management methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
  • Minimize exposure and risk on project.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Gather business requirements from the business user(s).
  • Review deliverables prepared by 3rd party contractor(s).
  • Provide regular project status update to key stakeholders, project sponsor and management.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in IT-related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified IT Project
  • Management (CITPM) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT or POS Project Management role including significant experience in implementation of medium-sized projects within the enterprise.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise technologies, infrastructure and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in supervising and/or managing resources.
  • POS related experience will be an added advantage.
  • Retail and/or F&B related experience will be a definite plus
  • ITIL certified will be a plus point
