We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong project leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the Insurance domain, specifically in New Business (NB) and Underwriting (UW)processes. The role requires a hands-on PM who is articulate, organized, and able to manage endtoend project delivery in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute projects across the full project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk/issue logs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication, expectation setting, and alignment across teams and senior stakeholders.
Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID tracking, and milestone management.
Manage stakeholder engagement, addressing concerns and ensuring project goals are met.
Oversee project deliverables related to insurance NB/UW processes and system enhancements.
Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, UAT planning, and readiness activities.
Monitor project progress and proactively address deviations from scope, budget, or timeline.
Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in Project Management.
Strong domain expertise in Insurance, with hands-on experience in New Business (NB) and Underwriting (UW).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
