Python DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in scripting, data structures, and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment and must be comfortable with flexible working hours and occasional onsite reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications and scripts

• Implement automation tasks using Python and Bash scripting

• Work with public cloud APIs and cloud-native services

• Collaborate with the team using JIRA for task tracking and GitHub for version control

• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high-quality code delivery

• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services and public cloud APIs

• Solid background in Linux/Unix systems

• Familiarity with JIRA and GitHub

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Python Developer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Amenable to early morning shift (12:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

• Hybrid set-up 2x a week RTO, If assigned to night shift, must be willing to report onsite at Taguig BGC once every 2 months
