We are looking for a Quality Test Engineer to join our QA team and support software quality through automation, performance testing, and AI-driven testing initiatives. In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, automation, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and software quality before release.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to validate requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing standards.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing testing tools and automation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with software testing, QA methodologies, and Agile development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting
- GitHub Actions
- Groovy (ReadyAPI)
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, Docker, or LoadRunner is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and software development concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
