We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment activities and help deliver quality hires across multiple roles. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and interested in building a career in talent acquisition.
Candidates with prior experience in software development, QA, or other technical roles who are looking to transition into recruitment are also welcome to apply.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in creating and posting job advertisements
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support reporting, tracking, and other recruitment-related tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition support
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills
Resume screening and interview coordination
Candidate communication and relationship building
Time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using an ATS or recruitment platforms
Exposure to hiring for technical or specialized roles
Background in IT, software development, QA, or other technical disciplines
