We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Resident Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must Have Skills:
- Day 2 Operations for Nutanix with Virtualization Infra Skillset
- Nutanix NDB Skillset: Level 1 Support knowledge for Oracle and SQL.
- Hypervisor: Customer - AHV
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with timely issue resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and team members.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Main responsibility is to guide customer DBA on NDB Interface and Operations
