The RPA Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying technical solutions, and ensuring that IT systems meet user requirements. This role serves as a critical link between business units and IT, helping to improve processes and drive efficiency through technology. The Business Analyst works on a range of IT projects including software development, system integrations, and process automation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into functional specifications
Assist in solution design with technical teams and support development activities
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and use cases
Support QA and testing efforts, including creating test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training when needed
Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in identifying areas for business process improvement
Communicate updates and insights to business and technical teams throughout project phases
🧠Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in IT-related projects
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams
Experience in RPA Business Analysis with projects

using UiPath and Power Automate
