We are seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across multiple business units. This role is responsible for ensuring automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives—while driving process optimization, adoption, and governance in partnership with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, business SMEs, IT teams, and external vendors to accelerate automation value delivery in line with operational excellence, compliance standards, and the organization’s digital transformation goals.
Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for each project.
Conduct process discovery, qualification, and opportunity assessment to identify automation potential.
Ensure delivery quality in alignment with CoE standards, governance, and security requirements.
Maintain and update project documentation such as RAID logs, communication plans, and benefits tracking.
Oversee UAT, deployment planning, release management, and project closure.
Monitor post-go-live performance and manage hypercare activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders and process owners.
Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and solution design reviews.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications with RPA Analysts and Developers.
Advocate for process standardization, simplification, and automation readiness across teams.
Enforce automation pipeline governance from demand intake to deployment.
Conduct risk and impact assessments while aligning with IT security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ITGC).
Promote automation adoption and change management initiatives.
Support KPI reporting covering cost savings, productivity, uptime, and SLA performance.
Coordinate project workload across internal RPA delivery teams.
Oversee vendor deliverables, contract performance, and budget utilization.
Support capacity planning and skills development for automation resources.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Project or Program Management for digital transformation or automation initiatives.
Proven hands-on experience delivering RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong understanding of:
RPA lifecycle and development best practices
Business process re-engineering and Lean methodologies
IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications.
UiPath Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials.
Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
Familiarity with OCR, Document Understanding, API integration, or Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
