
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of English—bonus points if you have a background in teaching English—and a passion for connecting with prospects in the US or Southeast Asian markets.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in English teaching is a strong plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.).
- Experience or familiarity with the US or Southeast Asian market is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
