Responsibilities:

As a Sales Operations Business Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the Digital Academy curriculum, aligning it with the specific needs of the APJ region. You will co-facilitate and deliver virtual content, ensuring high-quality training for stakeholders. Building strong relationships with APJ leaders is a critical part of this role, where you will act as a liaison to ensure training programs meet business objectives. You will also support sales enablement by developing resources that improve demand generation and sales performance. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives is essential to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, sales enablement, or training roles.
  • Experience in project management and curriculum development.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with the APJ business landscape or experience working with regional teams.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
