What You'll Do
- Support finance and sales reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP BI/BO and related tools.
- Analyze and validate sales and financial data during monthly reporting cycles.
- Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Write and execute SQL queries for reporting, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Gather and document business and reporting requirements.
- Support UAT activities and system enhancements.
- Maintain master data quality across customers, products, pricing, and related data domains.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, and data teams to improve reporting processes and governance.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in SAP BI, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or finance systems support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO), SAP BW, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Exposure to finance, sales, or operational reporting environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and drive issues through to resolution.
Nice to Have
- SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA exposure
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Master Data Management experience
- Databricks or Data Warehouse exposure
- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or sales analytics experience
