We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Consultant to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes for SAP IS Oil & Gas clients. The consultant will work onsite with finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support enterprise performance management solutions aligned with Oil & Gas business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
SAP BPC Implementation & Support
- Configure and support SAP BPC (Embedded/Standard – NetWeaver/S/4HANA)
- Build planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation models
- Set up dimensions, business rules, logic scripts, and reports
- Support financial close and reporting cycles
Financial Planning & Consolidation (Oil & Gas)
- Handle production revenue, Capex/Opex, cost/profit center planning
- Support depreciation forecasting
- Manage consolidation (intercompany, currency, ownership)
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Integration
- Integrate BPC with SAP FICO, IS Oil modules (PRA, JVA, HPM), BW
- Manage data flows from operational systems
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
Reporting & Analytics
- Build reports using EPM Add-in, Analysis for Office, BW
- Support dashboards, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
Stakeholder Management
- Work with finance users and business leaders onsite
- Gather requirements and run workshops
- Support UAT, training, and change management
Support & Governance
- Provide L2/L3 support
- Troubleshoot system/data issues
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance
Job Requirements
Mandatory
- 7+ years SAP BPC experience
- Strong BPC Embedded/Standard expertise
- Financial planning & consolidation knowledge
- SAP FICO integration experience
- Oil & Gas domain exposure
- Client-facing experience
Preferred
- S/4HANA Finance projects
- BW / BW/4HANA knowledge
- Large-scale consolidation experience
