Key Responsibilities:

System Upgrades and Maintenance: Perform system upgrades and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP Business One processes and configurations.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Business One
