Overview
We are hiring a SAP C4C Analyst to support and enhance enterprise CRM solutions within a global environment. This role serves as a key functional–technical bridge, driving solution design, system stability, and continuous improvement across SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP C4C (Sales & Service) solutions

• Act as the primary contact for incidents, enhancements, and change requests

• Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions or workarounds

• Manage transports, urgent fixes, and production issues

• Ensure data integrity and system performance across environments

• Support and validate API integrations with external systems

• Maintain functional documentation (designs, test cases, UAT)

• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer

• Mentor junior consultants and support team development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong functional expertise in SAP C4C (Sales & Service)

• Hands-on experience with Iron Python scripting

• Solid understanding of API integrations and data flows

• Experience in incident, change, and transport management

• Background in AMS / support-driven environments (SLA-based)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
