Role Overview
We are looking for SAP C4C Functional Consultants (Junior to Senior level) to support and enhance the See4C SAP C4C (Sales & Service) landscape in a global AMS and production support environment.
This role serves as a functional–technical bridge between business users and technical teams, providing functional support, system configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP C4C solutions. Senior consultants are also expected to take ownership of complex issues and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Configure, customize, test, and support SAP C4C (Sales & Service) functionalities
- Act as a functional support resource for incidents, enhancements, and change requests
- Perform issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and recommend solutions or workarounds
- Handle urgent fixes, emergency changes, and transports for high-priority incidents
- Support API integrations and coordinate closely with technical teams on scripting and interfaces
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP C4C environments
- Maintain functional documentation, including design documents and test cases
- Provide user support, functional guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Assist in user training; Senior level consultants will mentor junior consultants
- Participate in SLA-driven AMS and production support operations
Required Skills & Experience
Junior Consultant
- 1–2 years of hands-on SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting experience
- Functional knowledge of SAP C4C (Sales & Service)
- Basic experience with Iron Python scripting
- Understanding of API integrations and data flows
- Exposure to incident and change management in AMS/support environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Senior Consultant
- 2–3+ years of SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration and support
- Solid Iron Python scripting experience for enhancements
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and system interfaces
- Proven experience in AMS, SLA-driven, and production support environments
- Ability to own incidents, enhancements, and changes end-to-end
- Experience mentoring junior resources
