We are looking for an experienced Technical SAP C4C Consultant who can design, develop, and support technical extensions and integrations within the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on development experience, deep understanding of the C4C extensibility framework, and the ability to collaborate closely with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical enhancements in SAP C4C, including custom business objects, ABSL scripts, UI modifications, workflows, and logic using the SAP SDK (PDI).
- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP C4C and external systems (SAP ERP/S/4HANA, CPI, PI/PO, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Create, extend, and troubleshoot OData services, mashups, and other C4C extensibility features.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
- Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle: design, build, unit testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure alignment with SAP development standards and best practices.
- Contribute to solution design reviews and provide technical insights.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C technical development.
- Proficient in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), ABSL scripting, and UI Designer.
- Strong experience using SAP Cloud Application Studio.
- Solid understanding of the SAP C4C extensibility framework and data model.
- Experience with SAP CPI/PI/PO for integration scenarios is an advantage.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with version control and transport mechanisms within SAP C4C.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- SAP C4C Technical Certification is a plus.
