Overview
We are seeking SAP Consultants (Technical, Functional, or Techno-Functional) to join our team and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives across a wide range of SAP solutions and business domains. This opportunity is open to professionals with expertise in various SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP FICO, MM, SD, WM, EWM, PP, QM, PM, ABAP, Basis, Integration, and other SAP technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and a proven track record of delivering implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and production support projects, particularly involving SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations. Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable SAP solutions that drive business efficiency and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP solutions based on project requirements and area of specialization.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions and system enhancements.
- Deliver end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Configure SAP modules, develop custom solutions, or perform technical integrations depending on functional or technical expertise.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical designs, configuration documents, and solution documentation.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative SAP capabilities to optimize business processes.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in a technical, functional, or techno-functional capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA solutions and enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Proven experience delivering implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and production support projects, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules or technologies, such as:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP WM / EWM
- SAP PP
- SAP QM
- SAP PM
- SAP ABAP
- SAP Basis
- SAP Integration
- Other SAP functional or technical areas
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes, system architecture, and cross-functional integration.
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, developing enhancements, or supporting integrations based on area of expertise.
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
