We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with SAP HANA, SAP Studio, and SAP Data Sphere to deliver powerful insights and optimize business processes. You will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing data analytics initiatives to support our strategic goals, driving key decision-making processes across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize data models within SAP HANA to support efficient querying and reporting.
- Create and manage data flows within SAP Data Sphere to integrate data from different sources, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive data analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for business operations, using SAP Data Sphere and SAP HANA.
- Create visualizations and reports to present data insights to stakeholders across various departments using SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools.
- Implement and manage data integration strategies between SAP systems (e.g., ERP, BW) and non-SAP systems using SAP Data Sphere.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data across all systems and adhere to data governance standards.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities for SAP HANA databases and related environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to queries, reports, and dashboards within SAP Studio and SAP Data Sphere.
- Lead or support data analytics projects from conceptualization through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Analytics, with a focus on SAP HANA, SAP Studio, and SAP Data Sphere.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing data models and workflows in SAP HANA.
- Experience with SAP Data Sphere for data integration, modeling, and management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficient in SAP HANA SQL scripting and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing best practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Studio and its application in developing custom reports and workflows.
- Experience with SAP Data Sphere for connecting and orchestrating data across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with SAP BW, ERP, and other SAP ecosystem tools.
