GECO Philippines is Hiring: SAP FICO Analyst
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize SAP ECC6 Finance & Controlling processes. If you have strong SAP FICO functional expertise and enjoy working with business users to solve complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP FICO (SAP ECC6).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure, test, and implement SAP FICO enhancements and solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation.
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-implementation activities.
- Recommend process and system improvements to business users.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and functional configuration.
- Experience in SAP support, troubleshooting, and enhancement projects.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and drive issues through resolution.
