
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused SAP FICO Onsite Specialist to provide functional support, advisory services, and issue resolution for SAP FICO modules in a fast-paced environment. This role is particularly focused on supporting operations and requires strong hands-on expertise in FICO (including Project Accounting), as well as a working understanding of procurement processes and cross module integrations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal system performance and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Solution Delivery
- Deliver expert SAP FICO functional support tailored to the unique needs of customers in the resort and entertainment industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues, ensuring timely, high-quality resolutions to minimize business disruptions.
- Build strong client relationships, serving as a reliable on-site advisor for all SAP FICO matters.
- Understand the full financial solution landscape and support team members by sharing FICO knowledge and guidance.
FICO Expertise (Traditional & Project Accounting) with Basic Procurement Awareness
- Utilize deep experience across SAP FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.
- Apply knowledge in Project Accounting (PS) including budgeting, project costing, and revenue recognition.
- Leverage a foundational understanding of procurement and its integration with FICO (e.g., P2P processes) for holistic support.
Integration Advisory Management
- Provide insight into key integration points between FICO and modules like SD, MM, and HR.
- Collaborate with integration consultants to address and resolve complex cross-functional scenarios.
- Ensure alignment of financial data and processes across integrated systems.
Others
- Experience with SAP Ariba and its integration with SAP ERP
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including support and configuration.
- Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems (PS) and core financial processes.
- Exposure to SAP procurement cycles and integration with finance.
- Solid integration knowledge with modules such as MM, SD, and HR.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite, manage client relationships, and provide hands-on, end-to-end support.
