We are seeking a SAP MM Application Support Analyst to provide functional application support for SAP Materials Management (MM), with a focus on Inventory Management. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving application and system issues to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical SAP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for SAP MM, with a primary focus on Inventory Management processes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP MM application issues and user-reported incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to improve application stability.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application-related concerns.
- Support SAP integration processes and ensure data accuracy across connected systems.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing application support procedures and system management best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Work independently while actively participating in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) applications.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
- Experience with SAP integration and data management.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM application and system-related issues.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
