We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP implementation projects. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Lead a cross-functional project team, including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to project team members.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and roadblocks that may impede project progress.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams to oversee system configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
- Ensure that the SAP solution aligns with business requirements and best practices
- Develop and oversee testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure that all SAP modules and functionalities meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to support end-users in adopting and maximizing the benefits of the SAP solution.
- Manage change communication and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP system.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
