Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join a S/4HANA PCE new implementation project in Slovenia. You will work closely with the SD team, consisting of 1 SAP colleague and 2 customer consultants, playing a critical role in guiding workshops, aligning business requirements, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple European business units. This role requires onsite presence in Velenje, with strong bilingual communication in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with both local and regional stakeholders.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Act as an SD team member supporting the delivery of the new S/4 PCE implementation project.
- Facilitate and guide Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops, ensuring both SAP and customer teams follow methodology and best practices.
- Work with toolchains including Signavio and CALM, ensuring seamless integration into the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to capture requirements and align processes across 28 Sales business units in Europe.
- Translate consulting deliverables into actionable outcomes and system implementations tailored to Hisense’s business needs.
- Identify implementation challenges, risks, and feasibility based on current systems and platforms, and propose optimization strategies.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment, bridging business consultants, SAP teams, and customer representatives.
- Support the on-site lead with full authority granted by the project scope, ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant in large-scale enterprise projects or equivalent consulting engagements.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP SD processes, order-to-cash (OTC), business challenges, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) toolchains.
- Valid visa/work authorization to work onsite in Europe.
- Willingness to relocate in Velenje, Slovenia.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work onsite with multinational teams and coordinate across 28 European Sales business units.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn consulting recommendations into actionable system implementations.
