We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead to join our team for a client engagement in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) professional with extensive end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to lead functional discussions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver successful SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with business users and key stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation activities, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Support issue resolution, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Successfully completed at least 4–6 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Experience leading SAP SD work streams or managing functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, business processes, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Must be fluent in Filipino and English to effectively communicate with local business users and stakeholders.
- Must be a local candidate based in the Philippines.
- Able to work full onsite at the client's location in Metro Manila. A hybrid arrangement may be considered depending on project requirements.
- Available to start immediately.
